Day 1Start Antigua Guatemala.
Day 2Free time to explore the colonial city and hike the active volcano, Picaya.
Day 3Enter Honduras and travel to Copan.
Day 4Morning visit to the Mayan ruins; optional hot springs or bird sanctuary visit.
Day 5Walk through tropical botanical gardens at Lancetilla; ferry to Caribbean Island of Roatan.

6 - 7
Lots of optional activities including scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing and a submarine tour.
Day 8To Lake Yohoa, Honduras' largest lake; afternoon visit to the 40m high Pulhapanzak Falls.
Day 9To the border town of Danli.
Day 10To Leon; explore the colonial city then on to Suyapa Beach on the Pacfic Coast.
Day 11To Apoyo crater lake; free time to swim and relax.
Day 12Drive to the rim of Masaya Volcano and see the active crater; ferry to Ometepe Island on Lake Nicaragua.
Day 13Optional activities including volcano hikes, horseback riding, swimming, a dip in fresh water springs and waterfall walks.
Day 14Ferry to mainland; visit artisan market at Masaya; on to colonial city of Granada for city tour.
Day 15End Granada.

     Day 1

    Start Granada Nicaragua.
    Day 2 Free day in Granada
    Day 3 San Juan del Sur, one of Nicaragua's best beaches
    Day 4 Cross the border into Costa Rica; to La Fortuna, near Arenal Volcano.
    Day 5 Free day for relaxation or optional excursions, including canoyning, rafting, hot springs visit and volcano hiking.
    Day 6 To the beach and National Park, Manuel Antonio
    Day 7 Full day to explore the park and try a canopy tour
    Day 8 To San Jose, Costa Rica's capital city.
    Day 9 To Tortuguero on the Caribbean by road and boat; see turtles nesting on beach (July to September only).
    Day 10 Optional early morning bird watching excursion; cross the border into Panama and continue by ferry to Bocas del Toro.
    Day 11 Free day to relax or take optional excursions including catamaran sailing trip, scuba diving and snorkelling.
    Day 12 Return to mainland and continue by road to Boquete.
    Day 13 Optional excursions including bird watching, hiking, rafting and coffee plantation tours.
    Day 14 To Panama City via Miraflores Locks on the Panama Canal.
    Day 15 Morning free to explore the city; end Panama City.
