Thursday   ; night arrive in Panama City....
Friday       ; city tour - includes miraflores locks entrance (museum, video, viewing platforms), the amador causeway (entrance to the smithsonian owned island full of info on panama, a lunch stop (lunch not included), and the afternoon in casco viejo.  Time back at the hotel to freshen up before dinner.
Saturday    ; still thinking about a partial canal transit? ~$120pp...half day/  half day for soberania national park and if you dont want to do the canal we could go out to portobelo.
Sunday      ; el valle - market, 3 hour hike, waterfalls, zip lines, mud bath...a full day of options (hike monday morning depending on the weather)
Monday     ; off to mountains, cerro punta (we can stop at a beach for lunch and a few hours to break up the drive, if we dont hike) 
Tuesday     ; guided hike in the morning (trout farm, view points and waterfalls/cascades), return for lunch, afternoon to ride horses or bikes or visit the orchid farm - 2ond biggest in the world
Wednesday; hike to boquete (5 - 6 hours, mostly downhill or get transferred around...but its a really great walk!) check in to the hotel to freshen up/relax before dinner
Thursday    ; free day in boquete - coffee tour, zip lines (better value than el valle), animal rehab center, down time or up the biggest mt in panama!!
Friday        ; head to bocas del toro...a stop at the hot springs in the morning, over the cont. divide, to the ferry...1/2 hour ferry to the island...its a pretty full day
Saturday   ; options... my favorite is the full day catamaran sailing /snorkel trip with a stop in dolphin bay, but there are other tours as well....
Sunday       ; you will have most of the day to go check out famous red frog beach or any of the other places nearby
(options not included) before your 4pm (ish) flight back to the city.  Your picked up at the airport and brought to your hotel, then the last nights dinner....
 
that includes 11 nights (2 in the family dorm) , 4 breakfasts, all transport (car/flight/ferry), baru national park entry, 1 guided hike, caldera hot springs, city tour w/ entrance fees, and tour guide.
