Gamboa Rainforest Resort        (2 days / 1 night)                  $250 pp double occupancy

We pick you up at your hotel at 9:30am and head to old town, Casco Viejo, to see the sites.  Our next stop is Isla Culebra, a Smithsonian owned ‘island’ on the Amador.  We will learn about the natural history of Panama and take a short nature walk before lunch.  The restaurant on the Amador has great food and a great view of the city skyline (lunch not included).  The Miarflores Locks are our next stop, here we watch ships transit through the locks and learn all about the canal.  Finally we head for Gamboa Rainforest Resort, located within Soberania National Park, along the banks of the canal and Charges River.  A night tour, nature tour and aerial tram tour to an observation tower are all on offer as well as kayaking, golf and fishing at this special resort.  Enjoy the pool, spa treatments, fine food and accommodation just outside the city.  Our pick up time at the resort is 4pm, but we can be flexible.  This price includes the Panama City tour, entrance to Miraflores Lock and Culebra Island, 1 night accommodation in a historic one bedroom villa at Gamboa Rainforest Resort and transfer back to your Panama City hotel the following day.

El Valle and Santa Clara Beach (2 days / 1 night)                  $250 pp double occupancy

We pick you up at your hotel at 8:00 am and head to old town, Casco Viejo, to see some of Panamas historic buildings and sites before heading to Miraflores Locks to watch ships going through the canal and learn a bit more of the canals history.  From there we are off to Isla Culebra on the Amador for a short nature walk and the chance to see a different part of Panama City.  Following lunch on the Amador we leave the city behind and head up to the mountains.  After the heat of Panama City the cool, crisp mountain air is a refreshing change.  This picturesque town is nestled in the crater of a giant extinct volcano.    Known for its small handicrafts market there are also many things to do here.  Hike, horseback ride, relax in some hot springs, fly through the rainforest canopy on suspended zip lines or enjoy a spa treatment.  The night is spent in El Valle.  The following day we head to Santa Clara beach in time for lunch (not included) and some fun in the sun.  We then return to Panama City arriving at approximately 5:00 pm.  This price includes the Panama City tour, entrance to Miraflores Lock and Culebra Island, 1 night accommodation in El Valle, transfer to Santa Clara Beach and transfer back to your Panama City hotel the following day.  You will be accompanied by one of our guides throughout the trip.

A short flight takes us to Isla Contadora, part of the legendary Archipielago of the Pearl Islands. Home to the world’s largest pearl and some of the best beaches in Panama, this is a place to get away from it all.  Take a glass bottom boat tour, snorkel, dive or pick from 1 of the 12 beaches to relax on.  This is the ideal island get-away.  Price includes transfer from your hotel to the airport, round trip flights to the island and accommodations at an all inclusive resort.  Upon your return to Panama City you will be met at the airport and transferred back to your Panama City hotel.
