Portobelo, Panama Historical Tour Description:

In the morning, we head to Chagres National Park to visit the historic Fort San Lorenzo at the mouth of the Chagres River. Before we reach Portobelo, we will stop for lunch at one of 2 great restaurants on the water (lunch not included). Discovered by Columbus, attacked by pirates and gateway to 1/3rd of the worlds gold, Portobelo is another UNESCO world heritage site that has to be seen!

Substitute Isla Grande for San Lorenzo if you want more time on the beach! Also, you can take the train to Colon to start your tour! Weekdays only, $32pp extra for the train ride. Transport to and from the train is included.
